So you’re back on the road again! Should be fun to follow your adventures.
We’ve thought of doing the RV thing ourselves, (though with 3 kids might be a little tighter quarters LOL).
But I always say, “For a limited time only, thank you! I don’t want to live in it for 30 years!” And that seems to take all the fun out of it for DH.
You might think it’d be tight quarters, but we have space in the RV that is going unused right now. It’s amazing how you adapt to your surroundings really.
Not to mention, if it’s summertime, no one will hang out in the RV anyways!
I love your story! If I could get my husband to go overseas and live a few years, then back here to live in an RV I would be in heaven. How did you earn money while living overseas??
Thanks for visiting, Karen! Luckily, my husband and I have been on the same wave length on this one. To answer your question, we spent a year getting out of debt, liquidating our stuff, and saving so we’d have money to live abroad. While we were gone though, we a small amount of money freelance writing, and I taught for three months in New Zealand.
