Milli has one cousin who’s four years old.  Although Milli is imitating a lot of language right now, her clearly pronounced vocabulary is limited to about 10 words.  Amazingly, one of those is “Aubee, Aubee”.  It’s wildly ironic, because Milli hasn’t been around her cousin since she was 12 months old.  Anyways, Milli adores her and follows her around for hours.

I’ve been a little lazy with my focusing lately.  It was not my intention to have the girls out of focus, but I actually kind of like it.   I’ve read a few posts on the different types of focusing, but I just don’t know how to apply it.  What tips do you have for focusing?  Maybe certain scenarios where you’ve found a certain focus setting stood out?

Try a higher shutter speed, especially with quick little cuties like you are shooting! :) That should help a lot.
