This is the first parade I’ve attended since the Christmas parade in Auckland New Zealand. *Tear*
Did you know that I was in marching band once? I marched my freshman year (and maybe my sophomore).
**Kids close your ears*** In fact, Mr. Baker and I had our first kiss during Marching Band camp the summer before my freshman year. To make sure you have the facts straight, this wasn’t the beginning of our story. It started with a three-day dramatic, middle school romance two years prior. It was a very big deal to have a boyfriend a grade older!
